From June 30, 2015 to July 1, 2016, DeSouza and his team had more than $121 million in sales. His team closed 103 transaction sides with an average sales price of just under $1.2 million. In 2016, they closed the highest sale in La Jolla year to date, which was a $14 million oceanfront residence, as well as the highest residential sale in San Diego County within the last two years, which was an approximately 18,000-square-foot mansion that sold for $17.7 million.
