Cancel the listing at anytime.
Either you or our office can cancel
just by calling and saying, "I want to cancel the listing." It's
that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. However,
please allow three (3) business days to have the sign removed, the withdrawal
paperwork to be processed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS. If we are
in negotiations with a potential purchaser or your property is pending you
will not be able to cancel the listing at that current time.
No advance fees of any kind.
You only pay if we procure an offer that is acceptable to you.
"No Pressure" presentation.
We will never allow you to be "pressured"
by the buyer's agent. All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office,
and will be presented to you by phone, so you can make your decisions privately.

Here is how it works.
Sell it while it is listed, and
pay no commission. We will handle all of the details of the paperwork and
follow-up including inspections and contract contingencies until your home
closes.
